Join us at Pet Pride on Rescue Row on Sunday, October 1st from 12-5PM. Meet some of the grads at our ask-a-trainer booth, learn a new dog trick, or find out more about the program. We look forward to seeing you there!
We had our first Case Study Club for graduates last night, and we are looking forward to our second one next month! The Club helps grads meet up together to hone our counseling chops and practice our ABCs. Sharing the cases we’re working on gives us the chance to spread the knowledge and experience we’ve acquired to the rest of the group. It also helps us puzzle through some of our tricky or complicated cases with the help of fresh eyes and insight.
In last night’s meeting, we looked at some of the ways canine cognitive disorder can change behavior and the relationship between dogs in a household. We also identified some clues regarding changes in the environment that led to owner-absent barking. Bring on October–we’re ready for the next challenge.
